|Recommended: YesSpacious With Nice Amenities — Sagewood is a beautiful property that is well-maintained. There are many amenities and the view of the cows is always a nice way to wake up in the morning. The property and staff are wonderful, the one con are the residents. People are people and no one is perfect sometimes people are obnoxious and I wish people picked up after their pets and took pride in the community, but what can you do

|Recommended: YesTrue Luxury Apartments — I lived at Sagewood for two years and loved everything about it. From the cleanliness of the grounds to the apartment construction quality. Maintenance and Property staff were always professional and easy to work with. As a manager, Raven was AMAZING to work with and THEE most professional apartment manager we have ever worked with. Gabby was always so much help and took care of matters promptly. George and Mauricio were quick to fix any maintenance requests and were always very professional. Two months prior to moving Management and staff were different and they all have been amazing to work with as we prepared to move out. The apartment complex is beautiful and calm. Walls and ceiling are thin so noise is easily heard from upstairs however, that comes with any apartment complex. Thank you to all the Sagewood Staff.

|Recommended: YesWhen You're At Sagewood, You're Home — Living here has been an absolute dream The staff is amazing always friendly and willing to help make accommodations. Cannot hear neighbors at night and the neighborhood is generally quiet other than the Friday night events with food trucks and music . We just signed on to another year here at Sagewood and we couldn't be happier

|Recommended: YesPeople Don't Pick Up Their Dog Poop — I love my apartment and for the most part it is quiet. Living next to the stairwell makes for a lot of echoing noise when people come in and out. The grounds could be kept nicer. Currently there are lots of ant hills, and people don't clean up after their dogs.
