|Recommended: YesWell Maintained Property. Clean Place To Live — Great place to call home. I hardly ever hear neighbors, and when I do, it’s usually from the doors closing outside. I don’t believe I’ve ever heard neighbors through the walls. Rarely would I go outside and see no staff members making sure everything is well maintained. My only complaint would be when I call the front office. Their response to my questions are typically, “I’m not quite sure, but I’ll have management reach out to you” and it’s 50 50 whether I get a call back. And to my knowledge, most of my questions seem simple. However, sending an email gets you an answer much quicker, and with knowledgeable help Other than that one issue, which I consider a small one, I absolutely love it here

|Recommended: YesSagewood Is The Best Complex I've Been In Yet. — Living in Sagewood is like being at a resort in many ways. The facilities are always very clean and the staff is polite and present minded. The move-in process was extremely easy and quick. I very rarely hear my neighbors, but when I do meet them they are all kind and communal individuals. All ages seem to be represented well, so being a younger person does not make you feel like an outsider If you're considering apartments, I HIGHLY recommend checking out Sagewood

|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex I Have Lived In Thus Far — The staff here is amazing, and everyone I have met is super nice, too. The layout of my apartment is perfect, and it really seems like they thought of everything when constructing it. Big kitchen living room, spacious bathroom, and shelves for every little thing you might need. My only complaint is that I can hear every little noise coming from above the apartment. Whoever lives above me is constantly running around and stomping around at all hours of the day. Other than that, this complex is amazing

|Recommended: YesClean, Friendly, And Convenient Location — The location is nice, the pond nearby is a lovely vista and we're very close to all the restaurants and shopping in Alliance. The staff is helpful and nice, and they reply to emails in a timely fashion though it can be hard to get through to someone via phone . Parking is plentiful, and I like that I can have guests visit without them worrying about getting towed.
