Also staff very professional I love their manager Raven Lee I met her two years ago from a visit that I did from Florida and told her my plans to move to Tx and kept me up to date with new apartments that were up and running and that is why I am in Sagewood.

|Recommended: YesIts Like Living In A Nice Hotel — We absolutely enjoy living in Sagewood village. We have lives in various apartments communities but none of them can match the ambience that this community. Kudos to the staff 🤟🏼

|Recommended: YesI Like It — It’s fine, at times at night you can hear people playing music or making noises above you but overall it’s fine. It’s pretty expensive for a garage if you’re looking into getting one. One thing I didn’t like was that I had reserved a spot earlier on but the prices went down by 100 by the time I was ready to move I so it’s like a game to apply when the prices are down. If I had done so, then I would’ve paid the 125 a month for the car garage. Overall, the people are nice and welcome. You should definitely look into this community.

|Recommended: YesExcellent Location, Apartment Decor Is Very Nice. — I would say the location is great, shops, eating, and groceries at my fingertips. Amenities are Amazing at the property the gym, pool, game room and the coveted Espresso Machine Tenants are nice. Property Staff are courteous and very nice and very helpful. The apartment I'm in is very unique with angles and I love it

|Recommended: YesDecent Place To Live — Overall community is nice. Only reason the Grounds section was marked 3 stars is due to the Dog Park' constantly being cluttered with dog poop. I know this is not the communities responsibility but it is the communities responsibility to enforce residents to clean up after their dogs. The only other negative thing i would have to say is in fact the actual dog park'. We live on the side closest to Riverside Dr so we use that dog park' which is more of a dog yard. Very tiny and as mentioned always filled with dog poop, there are no lights and being in the back corner of the complex, i think everyone would find that useful. Since it is so small and there is not really a proper place to have a good size dog park, it would seem fitting that residents could use the other communities dog park which is clearly not the case as it has been made very clear residents are forbidden use any other amenities from other communities. After talking to multiple residents, everyone finds this very frustrating. The SageWood Village is a very nice community and attracts hundreds of people with dogs for that reason. Not being able to use a gated piece of grass to allow animals to exercise is ridiculous and many others would agree. If this is ever changed, it would be great to make it known across the community that other members can use the amenities since it seems some residents feel very strongly about their own communities.
I would recommend this location to anyone, but with that being said i would tell them that if they own a dog, this may seem like a great location but its sadly not for all the reasons above.
Lastly, staff was marked at a 3 solely on the attitude of one of the office personnel when we moved in, Samantha. Our original leasing agent was off when we came back in and when we were informed that some terms had changed on our agreement, we questioned it and were given a response of well that's not my problem which was very off putting. Everyone else seems great.
Thank you for leaving your review, your opinion is important to us. We have to treat each community as a separate entity, mostly for the comfort of the residents of the community. If we have an abundance of activity at one community over another it could create discomfort for residents. I'm sorry to hear that you had a negative response with one of our associates, i will certainly use this as an opportunity to advance our customer service and resident communication. |Recommended: YesI Have Never Lived In A Rental Property So Perfect — The most people friendly, staff friendly environment I have ever been apart of. Maintenance is top notch. Best value in the area as well.

|Recommended: YesIt's Not Worth What We Are Paying — Nice community, excellent staff and management but the apartment in my opinion was poorly built and not worth what we are paying monthly. We can hear our neighbors clearly through the walls, a c is better now but had problems with that on and off, apparently it's normal for rain to seep through the cracks of the front door and have water all over the floor. But it is nice inside and management is super good to us which is really rare.
