Do have some issues with neighbors leaving their trash out at the wrong times but obviously no fault of the property. Great place to live, have hardly had any issues, really thick walls can't hear neighbors hardly at all

|Recommended: YesWe Love It Here — In the beginning, I never thought I could adjust to 1,600 sq feet coming from 3,000, but we love it here We live in one of the 2br townhome units. We can hear the neighbors from time to time, but not too major of an issue. Ariann and Madison ROCK and entertain all of my questions and concerns. We are already recommending friends to the property.
