|Recommended: YesBeautiful, Well Maintained, Helpful Staff — I am both comfortable and feel secure - my apartment feels like a little pied de terre in the city No noise, a very supportive staff, and helpful maintenance people makes this a place where I enjoy living. I have not lived in an apartment in more than 20 years - this has made the transition very easy. Thank you Sagewood Staff

|Recommended: YesBeautiful And Great Upkeep — I love living at Sagewood My boyfriend and I moved in in April and we have loved it so far. Any maintenance requests we have put through have been fixed the day of or the following day. I always see workers keeping up with the grass and cleaning up around here, which is very much appreciated, especially since we have a individual yard No complaints thus far

|Recommended: YesIt's Great — that parking isn't bad, it isn't very noisy, it is a fairly clean complex, and the people who work in the office are very nice.

|Recommended: YesLove The Apartment But It Has Some Quarks. — I love this apartment the layout it awesome, the decor fixtures are on trend and I has a great view of the park My favorite part is the kitchen, there are so many cabinets only half of them are filled by far the biggest apt kitchen I've ever had.
The apartment sat empty for several months before I moved in so there are a few quarks, I have had to submit maintenance requests for probably would have been caught sooner if occupied immediately . The maintenance has been very responsive fixing the issues ASAP.
Overall, I couldn't be happier about my decision to move in here

|Recommended: YesLiving At Sagewood Doesnt Feel Like Youre In An Apartment. — Sagewood has such incredible finish outs that you think youre in your own home. The layouts are open and never cramped. The gated breezeways give you the added security you desire. The events they have several times a month are an easy way to connect with and get to know your neighbors. Office staff is courteous and genuine, not just in it for a commission. Sagewood knows what theyre doing and it really shows.

|Recommended: YesBetter Than Home — Selling our house was very stressful but the Staff at Sagewood gave us something to look forward to. Gabby, Samantha and Raven all did a fantastic job being responsive to all of inquiries and even presented us with a homecoming gift on move-in day. That small gift and the care they provided meant so much to my husband, me and my daughter. Even after move-in the first class service continued and maintenance requests were handled immediately and questions answered promptly. This entire team is amazing.

|Recommended: YesThis Property Is Very Quiet And Good Looking. Exactly What We Were Looking For. — These apartments have luxury look . On car, the shopping center is just one minute away from my apartment. Also, freeway is very close and its family friendly place. Office service is also amazing and the staff is very respectful.
