|Recommended: YesI would like to recommend Sagewood Village Apartments to anyone. My experiences have been awesome,. The maintenance team led by Braeden, the Maitenance Manager and his team has addressed every issue I have had in my first few weeks, very fast, always within 48 hours. I have had a few things replaced that actually worked but they were supposed to be like new, another words perfect. They are perfect now.
I am glad that I moved in here and have such a conscientious management and maintenance team. Residents come first here at this property.

|Recommended: NoBeware Do NOT move here I have multiple large cracks in my apartment going down the whole entire walls. They will not fix unless I pay movers to move my furniture out then store it and then pay movers to move it back in. I asked where am I suppose to sleep They said “do you have a couch ” The only reason they are even trying to fix it is because code enforcement came out and issued them a warning. Prior to that they would not return my calls or communicate with me at all. I had to leave a bad review and they called me and said “now unfortunately we have to fix it quickly because you left a bad review. I ah e all the receipts of when I called and would not email me or call me to give me any updates. Once you sign a lease they are not for you or even interested in helping you. Everything lands on you they aren’t responsible for anything. So if you want anything fixed be prepared to pay for it. The hallways smell like marijuana and dog poop everywhere.
|Recommended: YesAmazing — There is customer service out there. These employees have been so amazing. They smile and wave to you ALWAYS. It's like chic fa lay, ever a un happy person. Neighbors are great, propert is amazing. The only property i could find a attached garage. Oh and the pool, fire pit and game room. I am. Room in apartment were larger and more spread out then any other place i looked at. This team needs to be rewarded by the property management You don't want lose the leasing girls or maintenance. They make this place amazing
|Recommended: YesWonderful Place To Live — We love living here at Sagewood Village. The Staff is amazing and gets right back to you if you need them. The grounds are kept pristine. Never had any neighbor problems or noise. We have a small yard, which has been so nice. We would definitely recommend living here for everyone

The way they handle business is beyond appreciated. The staff is so personable and friendly. I have nothing but good things to say coming home is a pleasure everyday. Not to mention any store you could think of is in the area . 😉
Plus a nice bar too😁best decision I made. Seriously though. You won't regret moving here the nuances they thought of for the apartment, you can tell they processed how they wanted this complex to thrive and be an oasis ✨️ 😉 thank you gals in the office so much. 😘❤️ I am a forever tenant.
